RELEASE

In consideration of the holding of the obedience training, and of the opportunity of having the dog training, I agree to hold the San Antonio Dog Training Club and Dogtopia, their members, directors, officers, and any of the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim for loss or injury be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by act of this dog while in or upon the obedience training premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim, and I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss to this dog by disappearance, theft, damage, or injury caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the club, or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person or by any other cause or causes. If your dog shows aggressive tendencies towards another dog or person, you will be required to muzzle your dog while on SADTC training grounds. No CHILDREN under the age of 14 years are permitted to attend training, as Handler or Visitor, unless with the written permission of the instructor, or if enrolled in the AKC Junior Handler Program. In case of CANCELLATION due to inclement weather, etc., you will be notified. Please plan to attend all classes unless otherwise notified. Please notify your instructor if you are unable to attend. NO REFUNDS.
